At this year's awards, excellently surpassing hundreds of participating entries, the IOC system – a comprehensive solution for managing civil construction business operations – was honored to be in the Top 10 Digital Technology Products of Make in VietNam 2024.
Viettel Construction has identified digital transformation as a key objective in guiding business operations, developing the enterprise, and integrating internationally
Conquering the Make in Vietnam award affirms the superior quality of products and the position of Viettel Construction in the technology industry, especially in the field of providing smart solutions[1]. Previously, the comprehensive business operation management solution for civil construction also received wide recognition from prestigious organizations through prestigious awards such as Digital Transformation 2024 (Vietnam Digital Awards).
According to a representative of Viettel Construction, this is an advanced solution for business management and construction service operation models nationwide, a centralized business operation management system for construction services, bringing efficiency and transparency in project management.
The system is currently being deployed internally at Viettel Construction (Viettel Construction Corporation), contributing to promoting innovation in the management and operation of construction projects. Through internal communication channels, the benefits and new features of the solution are widely trained and communicated, helping all employees understand and apply the system effectively.
The successful application of IOC has contributed to reducing costs and increasing labor productivity, automating the system to closely control the process before, during and after sales.
The launch of the solution is built on the needs and characteristics of production, business, and construction of projects on a national scale of Viettel Construction with 63 construction branches across the country[1]. Accordingly, Viettel Construction has successfully implemented the transformation of its business model from traditional to digital, demonstrating its capacity and commitment to providing centralized, convenient and modern construction operation solutions.
“Since the IOC system was put into operation in the operation of construction projects, this solution has brought significant improvements in Viettel Construction's digital transformation activities, from integrating project management, applying AI technology, visualizing data, electronic signatures, to optimizing human resource and cost management. These innovative and breakthrough features not only help improve project management efficiency but also help Viettel Construction move closer to its goal of comprehensive digital transformation," shared a company representative.
Viettel Construction hopes that this solution will help construction businesses improve their working processes, apply digital technology to all stages of the project, from planning, monitoring to maintenance, using modern technology to create a difference and enhance their position in the market and optimize resources and processes, minimizing negative impacts on the environment and society, towards sustainable development in the future./.
