Under the signed contract, Viettel Construction will undertake the crucial technical infrastructure works, including site leveling, road construction, parking lots, retaining walls, sidewalks, and systems for stormwater and wastewater drainage. The project is expected to be executed within a timeframe of 195 days, with a warranty period of up to 24 months starting from the handover date.
In particular, the Uptopia Villas & Resort project will be implemented through a collaboration between the Viettel Hòa Bình Construction Branch and the Viettel Thanh Hóa Construction Branch. This partnership is a powerful combination, as both entities possess extensive experience in executing large and complex projects. Furthermore, they have a team of skilled engineers and workers, along with a strict quality management system, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and meets the highest standards.
The project promises to become a vibrant new resort and tourism destination for Hoa Binh Province.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Quách Tất Liêm, Vice Chairman of Hòa Bình Province, emphasized the significance of the project, asserting that it is one of the strategic initiatives contributing to the development of the tourism economy and enhancing the quality of life for the community. He noted that the project not only creates job opportunities for local residents but also strengthens sustainability in tourism development, environmental protection, and the integration of tourism with nature conservation.
The construction sector focused on B2C and SMEs started off favorably at the beginning of 2025, continuing to affirm its status as a strategic business product of the corporation.

We promise to implement advanced technology and optimal construction solutions to realize sustainable projects that enhance the tourism value in Hoa Binh and contribute to the overall development of the community, while simultaneously honoring the unique design of the project.”
The Ba Bạc Village Project covers an area of 200 hectares, of which more than 120 hectares will be utilized and developed around Ba Bạc Lake. The Ba Bạc Ecotourism Area is expected to become an ideal destination, offering a serene retreat that is closely connected with nature. This project aims not only to attract tourists but also to enhance sustainable tourism value for the Hoa Binh region.
