Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: CTR) has just announced the final registration date to receive cash dividend and the right to receive stock dividend is August 4, 2020.
Accordingly, CTR will pay 2019 dividend in cash at the rate of 10% (1 share will receive VND 1,000). The payment date is August 18, 2020.
In addition, CTR also pays 2019 dividends by shares at the rate of 16% (100 shares will receive 16 new shares). Currently, CTR has nearly 60.7 million outstanding shares, the company will issue an additional 9.74 million new shares to pay dividends to existing shareholders.
