ISO 20000-1:2018 is an international standard for a commonly used service management system for the Information Technology sector. This standard defines an IT service adoption approach that is driven and supported by business objectives rather than technology needs.

Previously, in January 2021, Viettel Construction conducted research on a set of standards, awareness training, and built a system of processes, regulations, and work instructions according to ISO 20000-1:2018, right after the decision was issued. The direction of expanding the new field is Information Technology.
After 3 months of implementing efforts, Bureau Vietnam has officially announced that Viettel Construction is fully qualified to receive ISO 20000-1:2018. Being the few enterprises in Vietnam and the first unit in Viettel Group to conquer this certification. ISO 20000-1:2018 will be the standard found in the journey of providing the best professional services to customers.
