Suoi Xanh Coffee Cultural Ecological Urban Area Project is invested by Trung Nguyen Investment Joint Stock Company in Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak with an area of 45.45 hectares. This is the first project that Viettel Construction and Trung Nguyen Investment Joint Stock Company cooperated in the field of construction. At the time of participating in the bidding, up to 08 units participated in the bid, however, only Viettel Construction and 02 other units were selected by Trung Nguyen Investment Joint Stock Company. According to the signed contract, Viettel Construction will carry out the construction of 35/111 villas in the adjacent Cantata and Tesla areas. The total contract value is estimated at more than 72 billion VND.

Currently, the project progress has been completed by Viettel Construction of the following items: building the fence around the project, installing auxiliary electricity and water and the office of the project management board. The positioning and excavation of the foundation work is being accelerated by the Corporation.
It is expected that the project will be handed over to the Investor in September 2024, so the entire staff is increased by Viettel Construction to 70 people/day. Including positions: project management board, technical personnel, field officers and workers, etc.
