2023 takes place in the context of Vietnam's economy being heavily influenced by the world economy in all fields. However, with the right policies and drastic management of the Government, Vietnam's economy has quickly regained the growth momentum of a developing market.
Facing those difficulties and opportunities, Viettel Construction has strived to exceed the target set by the General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for 2023. In particular, for the first time, Viettel Construction conquered the revenue milestone of VND 10,000 billion. Specifically, the Corporation's 2023 revenue will reach 11,399.4 billion VND, completing 110% of the year's plan of 10,338.1 billion VND (22% growth compared to 2022). Pre-tax profit reached 645.4 billion VND, equivalent to completing 105% of the year's plan of 613.2 billion VND (16% growth compared to 2022).
The above results help Viettel Construction extend its growth chain in both revenue and profit year after year. Overall, in the period 2019-2023, the Corporation achieved a compound growth rate of 22% in revenue and 33.5% in profit.

The Corporation maintains its position as the No. 1 TowerCo in Vietnam owning 6,436 BTS stations; 2.45 million m2 DAS; 2,716km of transmission; 16.87 MWp of solar power.
To set the revenue milestone of 11,399.4 billion VND, the entire Viettel Construction apparatus unanimously agreed to implement the targets set by the General Meeting of Shareholders. At the same time, this result was achieved thanks to the trust of shareholders, customers and partners who have accompanied the Corporation throughout the past journey.

Authorization content must include complete personal/organizational information (full name, ID card/citizen identification card/business registration number, email/phone number) and number of authorized shares.

Note:
Shareholders or groups of shareholders owning 5% or more of the total common shares of the Corporation have the right to propose issues to be included in the General Meeting program. The petition must be in writing (clearly stating shareholder information (name, registration number, email, phone number), number of each type of share, issue proposed to be included in the meeting agenda) and sent to the Corporation no later than 03 working days before the opening date.
