The cooperation agreement helps promote the strengths of each party, strengthen the coordination to bring legitimate and legitimate rights and benefits to trade union members and workers in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. With this agreement, the Labor Federation and grassroots trade union units will become a bridge between Viettel Construction and employees so that they can easily access the ecosystem of products and services of the Corporation with many attractive preferential policies.

Over the years, the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Labor Federation has made many efforts to take care of the lives of workers, officials and laborers, wishing workers in the province to have access to products and services at reasonable prices, meeting the needs of daily life. And Viettel Construction is a unit that meets all conditions set by the Federation.
Viettel Construction is known as a "national" company that always listens to the needs and solves difficulties of millions of customers across districts and communes nationwide, owning more than 11,000 employees, distributed in 63 provinces and working in 400 clusters/districts. In this cooperation agreement, Viettel Construction has built special incentive programs for union members and employees such as incentives from 20-30% off air conditioners, water purifiers, induction cookers, water heaters,... essential household products. In addition, the Corporation will deduct 5% on each solar contract signed with enterprises, units and organizations in the province to contribute and the Occupational Safety Fund, 0.5% of the value on each Civil Construction contract (enterprises, households) to contribute to the Occupational Settlement Fund to contribute to support, stabilizing life for disadvantaged workers.
