Recently, the famous Fortune magazine announced the Top 500 largest companies in Southeast Asia in 57 fields, based on revenue criteria for the fiscal year 2023.

In 2017, Viettel Construction officially registered to trade on UPCom with the stock code CTR, chartered capital at that time was 471.2 billion dongs. After 3 times of paying dividends, Viettel Construction's charter capital has increased to over 704 billion dongs, of which Viettel is the largest shareholder, holding 73.2% of the company's charter capital.

Viettel Construction owns a team of more than 8,000 experienced IT and telecommunications engineers with 15-20 years of experience in construction, investment, management, and development of telecommunications and IT infrastructure. Abundant financial potential, stable business growth

Over the past years, Viettel Construction's business has grown positively in terms of both revenue and profit. In 2019, Viettel Construction's consolidated revenue reached nearly VND 5,100 billion, up 18%, and profit after tax was VND 181 billion, up 23% over the previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) in 2019 reached 2,980 VND.

The ratio of return after tax/equity (ROE) reached 21.83%. At the annual shareholder meeting held in early June, Viettel Construction's leader stated that the company will maintain a minimum annual ROE of over 20%.

One noteworthy point, unlike many other companies in the same industry, Viettel Construction's financial situation is very healthy without using financial leverage (debt / total assets = 0). By the end of 2019, Viettel Construction has more than 800 billion VND in cash and equivalent, accounting for one-third of the total assets of the company.
