Recently, Viettel Construction signed a cooperation agreement with Binh Tien Consumer Goods Production Company Limited (Biti's), deploying a lighting system for 150 hotel rooms at the Lady Hill Resort Sapa project. This event is the second cooperation between Biti's and Viettel Construction in 2021.
Previously, Viettel Construction also signed a contract with Biti's to deploy the entire light power system at Lady Hill Resort, with a contract value of up to VND 8.6 billion. Includes specific items:
- Construction of communication system LAN TEL.
- WIFI wireless network system.
- IPTV television system.
- CCTV Surveillance Camera System.
- PA announcement sound system.
- Building Management System BMS.
In the new cooperation, Viettel Construction and Biti's signed a contract value of 5.6 billion, a total implementation time of 150 days for the entire hotel room. Participating in the implementation with the coordination of Viettel Dong Nai Technical Branch and Viettel Lao Cai Technical Branch, in order to provide the best support service to Biti's partner, we hope to put Lady Hill Resort into operation soon. , becoming an attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists.
Lady Hill Resort Sapa project is a complex of many tourist service items with a total area of 220,000 m2, invested by Biti's with the main function of being a hotel: 05 floors and 01 basements for parking. The project belongs to the 47th province that Biti's invested in during the 39-year journey of the establishment.
Up to now, the construction of the light electrical system is in the final stage of the project, although the source of materials and equipment encountered obstacles during the transportation process in the context of the complicated Covid-19 epidemic. However, Viettel Construction had temporary solutions, flexibly switching to other single items to complete the project as quickly as possible.
The continued implementation of the lighting system demonstrates the partner's trust in the construction quality and efforts of Viettel Construction during the past journey.
