This is a special festival dedicated to Viettel Construction's technical forces nationwide, not only as a playground to exchange, learn and exchange experiences, but also to help raise awareness about quality, progress, and professionalism during service provision. In addition, the program also assesses technical staff's knowledge, professional qualifications and problem-solving skills. On that basis, to develop a plan for professional and professional training for the technical force to be effective and meet the increasing requirements of the society.
The sports festival will be held from March 13 to March 21, 2023 in 03 areas of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang (the national final will take place in Da Nang on March 21, 2023). This is the biggest gathering event of the year with the expectation of more than 11,000 employees spread across the country. The program is also one of the activities contributing to the completion of business and production tasks in 2023, improving customer experience.
