Revenue: Reached 6838.3 billion dong, up 24.9% over the same period in 2021, equivalent to 79.6% of the year plan of 8,586.3 billion dong.
Profit before tax: Reaching VND 400.6 billion, up 28.5% over the same period in 2021, equivalent to 77.4% of the year plan of VND 517.6 billion.

Outstanding activity:
- Completing and perfecting the organizational model of branches from functional organization to channel organization. Change the name of the Viettel branch of the province/city to the Viettel branch of the province/city.
- Viettel Construction was evaluated by Anphabe as the best place to work in Vietnam in 2022: 3rd in the construction/architecture industry, 64th in the top 100 best places to work in Vietnam. Also entered the Top 50 Vietnamese enterprises with attractive employer brand.

People:
- Completing the training course for Branch Managers with 27 students.
- Organized more than 150 professional training sessions, professional skills and management knowledge at all sales offices.
Process:
- Synchronously applying SCOR process with 57/57 core processes, covering 100% of the Corporation's production and business activities and management.
- Complete the ISO 22301 phase 1 audit and work with the evaluator.
Technology:
- Complete research and development of OEM products for induction cookers (design, specifications).
- Completing the development of Vsmart 3.0 application as "Virtual Assistant" of FT employees, applied at 62 Viettel Construction Branches.
- Applying chatbot tool to automatically reminding traffic safety and occupational safety when employees perform information rescue at night. Build online job lookup feature of Fixed Broadband service.
Governance:
- Establishing an Internal Audit Department and promulgating internal audit operating regulations, perfecting the standard model of a public company listed on HOSE.
- Consolidate business organization model by sales channel (retail, agency, project) in the field of Integrated Solutions.
- Putting into practice accounting of business centers and CITs as an independent unit (reporting accounting of revenue, costs, and profits by name to each unit).
