The field of Technical Services of Viettel Construction is currently doing business with 4 main service groups: Home Services, Solar Care, IT Support, Fiber Care – Tower Care.
In terms of scale, the market of Home Services - repair and maintenance of home appliances currently has a large capacity and potential for Viettel Construction. The number of electronic and refrigeration equipment in each household is increasing, machines gradually replace and improve people's living experience such as: smarthome equipment system, light and sound system, oil-free fryer , air purifiers, etc. Another part of Vietnam is a country with a large population. In general, there are nearly 27 million households in the whole country, distributed in 63 provinces/cities.
It is estimated that each year, each household spends about 1 million VND on repair and maintenance of refrigeration electronic equipment, with 1 million potential households of Viettel Construction, it can bring in revenue of 1,000 billion VND.
Currently, the Home Services application has a total of 673,549 accounts installed. In the first 9 months of 2022 alone, Home Services has provided services to 90,596 home subscribers and 1,838 stores.

With the Solar Care segment, Viettel Construction is promoting the source of operating solar energy projects and large-scale wind power projects. According to the draft power plan VIII, by 2030 solar power capacity in Vietnam will reach 8.7GW, wind power will reach 16.1GW.
Recent global economic update reports have highly appreciated the quality of FDI inflows into Vietnam, which has had a positive change in quality. These projects are in line with Vietnam's green and sustainable growth goals. The increasing demand for investment in factories using sustainable energy in Vietnam has helped this business continuously increase its capacity 1.5 times higher than usual.
