Viettel Construction has continuously achieved many successes when signing many contracts worth up to hundreds of billions of VND, being highly appreciated by investors and trusted to "entrust" and carry out important projects. Typically, in June, Viettel Construction signed 03 outstanding projects with large investment including: Aqua City Hoa Binh - Trung Minh B (188 billion VND), Casa Del Rio - Trung Minh A (158 billion VND) and Dat Xanh Group - Gem Sky World (68.3 billion VND). These are all key projects, located on "main arteries", with strategic locations, high investment value and strong attraction.
Specifically, Viettel Construction was selected by the Investor Aqua City Hoa Binh Company to cooperate and implement the construction of Trung Minh B Urban Area (Hoa Binh), this is a large urban area with many different functional subdivisions including residential areas, commercial areas, services and public utilities. In this project, Viettel Construction is responsible for the construction of the ground leveling, traffic roads, National Highway 6 intersection, lake embankment, subdivision embankment, project boundary embankment, rainwater drainage, and wastewater drainage of the project.
With a solid foundation, extensive experience and a team of professional staff, Viettel Construction will implement the project within 16 months according to plan, with the highest accuracy and safety, meeting all technical requirements and quality goals.
Continuing the series of projects, Viettel Construction continues to become the infrastructure construction contractor for Trung Minh A Urban Area, a real estate project of the Investor Casa Del Rio, known as the "resort bay in the heart of the city". Accordingly, Viettel Construction will be the construction contractor for 107 villas, contributing to creating an airy space, in harmony with nature and bringing a "resort standard" lifestyle with majestic beauty to the majestic "masterpiece" along the Da River.

Also in June, Viettel Construction simultaneously promoted its strength with the Gem Sky World Project, a thousand-billion-dong commercial and entertainment urban area in Long Thanh, a project with a scale of 92.2 hectares, providing 4,022 plots of land, townhouses, villas, and shophouses with a synchronous and modern planning.
In this project, Viettel Construction will carry out the structural construction and complete the exterior of 45 SH1 shophouses and 04 adjacent houses 7.8 within more than 7 months. The total value of the signed contract is 68.3 billion VND. Previously, Viettel Construction and Dat Xanh Group signed a contract worth 43.2 billion VND for this project in December 2022.
The project requires high technology, posing many challenges for construction engineers. However, with experience in constructing buildings with difficult architecture such as Danko City Thai Nguyen, Louis City Hoang Mai, ... along with leading experts, Viettel Construction will strive to complete the work to hand over the site, ensuring the completion on schedule as committed to the Investor.
