Accordingly, Viettel Construction will carry out rough construction and exterior finishing of 119 villas/shophouses, the total value of the package is more than 7 million USD (equivalent to 162 billion VND), this is the largest package that Viettel Construction and MBLand signed up to now.
Previously, in November 2021, Viettel Construction and MBLand signed 03 auxiliary packages for construction of substations, lighting and leveling with a value of 1 million USD (equivalent to 24.5 billion VND). Viettel Construction has mobilized a large number of personnel who are MEP, structural, QA/QC engineers with more than 10 years of experience to implement the project. All items have been completed and handed over to the Investor by Viettel Construction in January 2022.
For the newly signed contract package, Viettel Construction has also arranged a site commanding committee consisting of the project director to the field engineers to ensure the set construction progress.
On the morning of August 24, 2022, Viettel Construction, Nidco Thinh Loi Construction Management Board and MBLand Investor's representative held a groundbreaking ceremony at the location of lot 119 villas/shophouses. The ceremony took place in favorable weather conditions, all construction machinery and tools of Viettel Construction were fully and thoroughly equipped.
