At the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards 2024, Viettel Construction's IOC System - Comprehensive civil construction business management solution (Intelligent Operation Center) made a strong impression with its integration capabilities, outstanding features and transparent efficiency in project management, winning the award for Outstanding Digital Transformation Product, Service, and Solution.
On the morning of October 5, in Hanoi, within the framework of the Vietnam Digital Transformation Program 2024 (Vietnam Digital Awards), Viettel Construction with the IOC System - Comprehensive civil construction business management solution (Intelligent Operation Center), was honored in category 3: Outstanding Digital Transformation Products, Services, Solutions.
This is an advanced solution for the business management and operation model of construction services nationwide, a centralized system for operating the entire construction service business process, bringing efficiency and transparency in project management. The system is currently being deployed internally at Viettel Construction (Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation), contributing to promoting innovation in the management and operation of construction projects. Through internal communication channels, the benefits and new features of the solution are widely trained and communicated, helping all employees understand and effectively apply the system.

The launch of the solution is based on the needs and characteristics of production, business and construction of nationwide scale projects of Viettel Construction with 63 branches across the country. Accordingly, Viettel Construction has successfully implemented the transformation of the business model from traditional to digital, demonstrating its capacity and commitment in providing centralized, convenient and modern construction management solutions.
Based on a solid foundation, the IOC system uses the criteria of “Service Operation” and “Connectivity & Compute” after a process of application to automatically coordinate work, creating a synchronous and streamlined chain of activities. In particular, all aspects of the project, from planning, progress monitoring to cost and personnel management, are integrated into a single system and automatically update information, create reports and warnings, minimize manual operations and increase efficiency. This is also an impressive advantage, helping Viettel Construction excellently pass two qualifying rounds and be honored in the category of “Outstanding Digital Transformation Products, Services, Solutions” at this year's Awards Ceremony.
Viettel Construction has identified that digital transformation has become a key goal in business orientation, enterprise development and international integration. The effectiveness of the IOC system is also demonstrated and proven through revenue from the beginning of 2022 to the first quarter of 2024. Before applying IOC, revenue in 2021 reached 310 billion VND and from 2022, Viettel Construction applied the solution, the revenue increased to 468.2 billion VND in 2022 with the number of customers 6,516. The successful application of IOC has contributed to reducing costs and increasing labor productivity, automating the system to strictly control the process before, during and after sales. The Digital Maturity Level reached 3.81/5 "Advancing - Advanced" - IOC is widely applied, synchronously, comprehensively and intelligently in many units in the Corporation with clear goals.
The Vietnam Digital Transformation Award is held annually under the auspices of the Ministry of Information and Communications, chaired by the Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA) and VietTimes Electronic Magazine as the organizing agency. The award aims to honor outstanding digital transformation achievements of state agencies, public service units, businesses and individuals, promoting national digital transformation.
After 5 months of launching and receiving nearly 400 entries, the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2024 Final Round Council has selected 45 organizations with outstanding digital transformation applications to serve the community.
