Gem Sky World is also considered as the "diamond octagon" of the triangle Bien Hoa - Long Thanh - Nhon Trach. Before coming to the "third handshake" at Gem Sky World project, Viettel Construction and Dat Xanh signed 02 contracts in 2022: construction contract of 62 adjacent apartments (120 billion VND) and construction contract construction of 58 shophouses (worth nearly 100 billion VND) by 2022.
