Revenue: reached 868.7 billion VND, growing 15% over the same period in 2023 (△= 111.2 billion VND). Completing 6.9% of the 2024 revenue plan (Estimated 12,653.2 billion VND).
Profit before tax: reached 49.8 billion VND, growing 17% over the same period in 2023 (△= 7.2 billion VND). Completing 7.4% of the 2024 profit plan (Estimated 671.4 billion VND).

4 Factors (People – Process – Technology – Management)
People: Continue to promote the outsourcing mechanism, hiring experts (OFT - Outsource Field Technician plan in 2024: 2,400 people; expert: 01 person/field) to solve the problem of labor productivity and ensure human resources. High-quality human resources, serving production and business activities.
Process: Complete the business process flow of retail products and services: before - during - after sale. Ensuring "Multi-service, one-touch" solution and customer-centric goals.
Technology:
- Organize a seminar with Ericsson on 5G technology trends, and prepare for 5G infrastructure operation when Viettel Group puts it into commercial business.
- Deploying Super app AIO and commercial website for the development strategy of 3 million customers.
Management: Approved the 2024 Digital Transformation plan (Corporate culture reaches 5/5; Digital Transformation culture reaches 4.5/5; Risk management culture reaches 5/5).
