- Revenue: reaching 984.2 billion VND, growing 8% over the same period in 2023 (△= 75 billion VND).
- Profit before tax: reached 51.3 billion VND, growing 1% over the same period in 2023 (△= 0.4 billion VND).
Cumulative results for the first 4 months of 2024 (4M.2024):
- Revenue: reached 3,607.7 billion VND, growing 10% over the same period in 2023 (△= 331.4 billion VND). Completing 29% of the 2024 revenue plan (VND 12,653.2 billion).
- Profit before tax: reached 195.6 billion VND, growing 5% over the same period in 2023 (△= 8.5 billion VND). Completing 29% of the 2024 profit plan (671.4 billion VND).
OPERATIONS:

People: Prepare resources to meet business expansion opportunities.
- Go Global: Complete secondment personnel records in the Australian market, expand business opportunities.
- Complete the mechanism for mobilizing construction personnel from places with little work to places with lots of work.
- Issued certificates to 235 key personnel in the field of Mining Operations.
Process: Improve and digitally transform debt management, cash collection and inventory management processes. Integrate mechanisms to handle bad debt and overdue inventory.
Technology: Evaluate the implementation of TOM (Time Operation Management) software to assign tasks and manage technical forces over time.
Governance:
- Successfully organized the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the meeting approved important plans of Viettel Construction with nearly 100% of votes in favor.
- Develop a detailed business plan in the Hanoi market, an excellent customer experience strategy and a strategy for the period 2026-2030.
