RESULTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 6 MONTHS ACCUMULATE PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS TARGETS:
Revenue: Reaching VND 5,063 billion, up 20% over the same period in 2022 (△= VND 837 billion). Equivalent to implementing 49% of the revenue plan in 2023 (VND 10,338.1 billion).
Profit before tax: Reaching 288.8 billion dong, up 20% over the same period in 2022 (△= 48.6 billion dong). Equivalent to 47.1% of the profit plan in 2023 (VND 613.2 billion).
BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELDS:
HUMAN - PROCESS - TECHNOLOGY - MANAGEMENT:
People:
- Applying recruitment methods according to DISC/Corporate culture/Numbers.
- Identify key positions according to core processes, localize personnel at 98%.
Process: Integrating the risk matrix into the Corporation's 73 processes, helping to identify arising risks early and take appropriate measures.
Technology:
- Deploying electronic contract signing activities, automatic monthly salary lookup app, and electronic occupational safety card issuance.
- Complete AIO mobile app: a common touch point for all retail services of the Corporation.
- IOC system (operating, monitoring the whole process up to the system); AI camera application (detection and analysis of cracked concrete surface errors...).
Governance:
- Viettel Construction received 2 new ISO certifications: ISO 22301 for business continuity management system and ISO 14001 for environmental management system. Accumulated applying 6 ISO management systems (ISO 9001: 2015; ISO 45001: 2018; ISO 27001: 2013; ISO 20001: 2018; ISO 22301; ISO 14000).
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Viettel Construction brand was honored at many prestigious awards: Top 50 best listed companies in Vietnam; Top 50 Best Growth Enterprises; Top Enterprise 4.0 in Vietnam; Top 50 creative and effective enterprises in Vietnam; Top 100 Most Favorite Employers in 2022 voted by CareerBuilder (7th place, up 4 places).
