July 2024:
- Revenue: reached VND 1,125.9 billion, up 11% over the same period in 2023 (△= VND 107.5 billion).
- Pre-tax profit: reached VND 57.7 billion, up 1% over the same period in 2023 (△= VND 0.5 billion).
Cumulative results for the first 7 months of 2024 (7M.2024):
- Revenue: reached VND 6,777.4 billion, up 11% over the same period in 2023 (△= VND 665.2 billion). Completed 54% of the 2024 revenue plan (VND 12,653.2 billion).
- Pre-tax profit: reached 363.3 billion VND, up 4% over the same period in 2023 (△= 15 billion VND). Completed 54% of the 2024 profit plan (671.4 billion VND).
EXECUTIVE ACTIVITIES:
4 Factors (People – Process – Technology – Management)
People: Develop career roadmaps, classify jobs, and classify labor groups according to KPIs to have long-term plans for using, training, and developing human resources.
Process:
- Build a new customer experience KPI set, throughout the customer experience journey before - during - after sales.
- Viettel Construction's process digitization rate reached 98%.
Technology: By the end of July 2024, Viettel Construction achieved the highest digital maturity score among Viettel units with 3.81 points (equivalent to 101% of the annual target).
Management:
- Implement social policy activities, repay gratitude to commemorate the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day July 27.
- Organize periodic health check-ups for nearly 11,000 employees across 63 provinces/cities.
