Revenue: reached 2.010,6 VND billion, up 15% over the same period in 2021 (△ = 260.7 billion). Equivalent to 23.4% of the year plan (2,010.6/8,586.3 billion).
Profit before tax: Reached 111,5 tỷbillion, up 23% compared to the same period in 2021 (△ = 21.2 billion). Accumulated 21.5% of the year plan (517.6 billion).

- People: Additional personnel in Quarter 1 (63 architects, 63 quality management personnel, and 69 training communication personnel).
- Process: Putting ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 22301:2019 standards into practice.
- Technology:
- Applying iBOC centralized business management system.
- Research and apply Computer Vision; the solution to deploy the centralized construction monitoring system IOC. - Management:
- Put the processing system of the risk control process into use.
- Officially listing nearly 93 million shares of Viettel Construction (Stock code: CTR) on HOSE with a reference price of 85,400 VND/share. After 1 month of listing on the floor, CTR's share price increased by 30%, by March 31, it reached the milestone of VND 111,000/share.
