RESULTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ACCUMULATE PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS TARGETS TO THE END OF April 2022:
Revenue: reached 2.717,3 billion, up 16% over the same period in 2021 (△ = 382.3 billion). Equivalent to 32% of the year plan (2,717.3/8,586,3 billion).
Profit before tax: Reached 152,4 tỷbillion, up 25% compared to the same period in 2021 (△ = 30.2 billion). It was accumulated to reach 29.5% of the year plan (517.6 billion).

Viettel Construction continues to promote activities according to 4 factors People - Process - Technology - Administration:
People: Recruiting nearly 400 quality management personnel, FT2 at the provincial/city technical branches.
Process:
- Training Account Manager business force, technical force.
- Evaluate and apply ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Technology:
- Practical testing of Vsmart3.0 application in 3 districts (Cau Giay/Hanoi, Cam Le/Da Nang, Long Xuyen/An Giang).
- Applying the management software for the electromechanical system of the leased infrastructure station.
Governance:
- We have successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022. The meeting approved the dividend payment plan with 33.1% (10% in cash and 23.1% in shares).
- The Corporation plans to issue nearly 21.5 million shares, equivalent to 23.1% of outstanding shares. Exercising ratio 1,000:231, shareholders owning 1,000 shares will receive 231 new shares. The total value of issuance at par value is nearly 215 billion dongs.
- The issued capital will be extracted from the accumulated undistributed after-tax profit on the audited financial statements for 2021. After completing the above issuance, the total capital of CTR will increase to nearly VND 1,144 billion.
