Field of Operations and Exploitation (VHKT):

Investment in infrastructure for lease:

- Improve operational efficiency and optimize costs: Build quality management software; Complete the assessment and report on the degree of process digitization of the whole Corporation; Develop a plan to research and deploy Computer Vision AI application in the period of 2022-2025.
- Improve customer experience: Integrate Callbot to automatically measure customer satisfaction; Build the problem of normalizing customer data from Home Services and IMS data sources; Fully analyze and evaluate touchpoints and pain points.

- Completing the plan to apply the SCOR process to the Corporation's production and business activities (100% of the process was trained, digitized, and continuously improved).
