Revenue: Reached 8,577.6 billion dong, up 26.6% over the same period in 2021, equivalent to 99.9% of the year plan of 8,586.3 billion dong.
Profit before tax: Reaching VND 512.72 billion, up 22.98% over the same period in 2021, equivalent to 99.1% of the year plan of VND 517.6 billion.

Outstanding activity:
- Officially launched the AIO household electrical brand - Product brand researched and manufactured by Viettel Construction in the form of OEM. To provide households with smart products at affordable prices.
- Won the award of Top 50 Enterprises with the most attractive employer brand in Vietnam (rated by Anphabe).
- Top 100 best places to work in Vietnam 2022 (ranked 64/100). In which, Viettel Construction ranked 3rd in the Construction / Architecture industry (rated by Anphabe).
- Won the Customer Service Gold Award of the year VCC Service: Customer Service Team of the Year 2022 (organized by Globee). 4 Keys: People – Process – Technology – Management.

People:
- Training management/administration knowledge for 43 Vietnamese managers at market companies Viettel Construction Myanmar, GIS.
- Organize training of personnel to manage and exploit the warehouse module of SAP system.
- Internal trainer training in 3 regions in November 2022.

- Complete the Safety Technical Manual when climbing poles and working on antenna poles and power poles.
- Build videos of Best Practices on occupational safety, ensuring step-by-step details.
Technology:
- Completed pipeline deployment for CI/CD level 4 for BOC, LifeCare, IOC, Electronic Records applications.
- The result of digital maturity reached 3.63/5 (Performance ~ Execution level).
Governance:
- Assessment of work to ensure compliance with related procedures/regulations ISO 9001, occupational safety and health ISO 45001, information security ISO 27001.
