People:
- Organize training source officials of the Provincial People's Committee/district according to modern management trends.
- Upgrading certificates of 209 construction practice certificates, 13 international certificates on IT.
- Building knowledge culture and developing study organization at VCC.
Process:
- In the first 6 months of the year, Viettel Construction implemented and evaluated ISO 22301 standard.
- Viettel Construction is currently applying the sets of standards: 10002 (customer satisfaction management system), 9001: 2015 (Quality management system), 2000-1: 2018 (IT Service Management System) , 27001: 2013 (Information Security Management System), 45001: 2018 (Occupational health safety management system).
Technology:
- Application & deploying new technologies such as CI/CD, Devops, Micro Services for key information technology projects: BOC, IOC, Life Care and electronic records.
- Application of automation systems for BSC capacity assessment and management project.
Governance:
- Develop a list of risk management lists for both levels (Corporation, Viettel Corporation, Viettel and City Economic and Foreign Market). Introducing risk management frames into business plans with all fields.
- Applying data management standards according to Viettel data management framework (DW- Bi, BOC).
