- Upgraded the grassroots Party Committee of Viettel Construction to a superior Party committee directly organizing the Party grassroots.

- Develop programs and select human resources Local managers for Myanmar and Cambodia markets.
- Training and evaluating District Technical Directors across the country.

Process: Complete awareness training plan on SA 8000 standard (3P: People – Profit – Planet)
Technology: Putting the IOC civil construction monitoring control system into use at 63 CNKT.
