* December: Net revenue reached 935.4 billion VND, growing 17% over the same period in 2022 (△= 134.2 billion VND).

- Reached 11,399.4 billion VND, growing 22% over the same period in 2022 (△= 2,029.5 billion VND).
- Equivalent to 110% of the 2023 revenue plan (VND 10,338.1 billion).
- During the 5-year period (2019-2023), Viettel Construction's compound revenue growth rate reached 22%.
Profit before tax:
December: Pre-tax profit reached 50.4 billion VND, up 19% over the same period in 2022 (△= 8.2 billion VND).

- Reaching 645.4 billion VND, growing 16% over the same period in 2022 (△= 90.5 billion VND).
- Equivalent to achieving 105% of the profit plan for 2023 (613.2 billion VND).
- In the 5-year period (2019-2023), the compound pre-tax profit growth rate reached 33.5%.
PERFORMANCE TARGETS FOR 2023:
- Ebitda: Reached 884.4 billion VND, growing 17% compared to 2022.
- ROA: Reached 8.1% (down 1.4% compared to 2022, due to Viettel Construction maintaining short-term financial investment activities).
- ROE: Reached 28.8% (down 1.7% compared to performance in 2022).
- ROS (Profit Ratio/Revenue): 5.7%.

Digital transformation: Viettel Construction's digital maturity level reached 3.63/5 (Advancing), ranked 2nd in the Group. Viettel Construction is the unit with the highest "digital maturity score" growth rate. - Complete the entire system: providing products and services before - during - after the sale of the AIO brand (design consulting, production, supply, installation, maintenance, care of equipment systems for households and businesses).
- Applying a corporate governance model according to international and sustainable ESG standards, combining human resource management activities.

Sales channel:
- Granting autonomy to develop bidding documents for 63 Viettel Construction branches.
- Improve sales channel quality and quantity with: 3,300 Collaborators/Agents.
Deployment channel: Planning partners to provide materials to the district level, construction partners to the commune/ward level. In 2023, the total number of selected partners will be 2,049 (an increase of 189% compared to 2022).
Control channel: Evaluate the deployment channel of each field according to the 5M1I1E method (Material – Machine – Man – Method – Measurement – Information – Environment).
