Revenue: Reached 9,398.3 billion VND, up 26% compared to 2021, equivalent to 109% of the year plan of 8,586.3 billion VND.
Profit before tax: Reached 556.6 billion dong, an increase of 18% compared to 2021, equivalent to 108% of the year plan of 517.6 billion dong.

- Viettel Construction operates under a closed ecosystem: “Consultancy – Design – Construction – Equipment Supply – Operation – Optimization”.
- In 2022, Viettel Construction won 12 domestic awards and 01 international award:

People:
- Implement the talent management program at the Corporation according to each mechanism, policy and promotion roadmap.
- Completing the contracting mechanism, the reward mechanism according to the delta of additional revenue specifically for each district and employees.
Process:
- Improve regulations on sales commissions of Viettel Construction and payment process.
- Completing the planning of the touch point system of customers and Viettel Construction.
Technology: Implement research and OEM for 5 product lines: heaters, electric hotpots, air fryers, water purifiers, water heaters.
Management:
- Completing the inventory of assets (CCDC, office equipment, station assets, ...) of Viettel Construction.
- Organize training and inspection to improve professional skills for employees of Viettel Construction.
