In 2 days, August 22-23, 2022, at Viettel Sports Center in Hanoi, Viettel Construction Corporation (Viettel Construction) organized a series of seminars on business strategies and operating models of Viettel Group. Company in the period of 2023-2025. The workshop had the participation of Viettel Construction's Board of Directors, Directors of Functional Centers, Heads of Agencies and nearly 100 delegates who are Directors of Viettel Provinces/Cities.
In order to bring the most comfortable and satisfying experience to households and businesses, Viettel Construction determines to create and develop business products in the direction of a closed ecosystem: Building construction – Provide equipment attached to the project – Lifetime equipment care. All business activities are linked and target value for customers. Specifically:
Field of IT:
- Maintaining TowerCo's position as No. 1 in Vietnam, expanding investment activities.
- Evaluation and implementation of M&A projects and investment in wind power and infrastructure of the Industrial Park for business.
- Increase the share rate at the invested locations.
Construction field:
XDDD B2C&SME:
- Increase the coverage of construction works, complete the target of district/commune coverage.
- Promote the combined sale of smart solutions and equipment branded Viettel Construction.
XDDD B2B:
- Expanding the deployment portfolio to new areas such as Infrastructure & Industrial Parks, high-rise buildings.
- Increase the rate of implementation in the value chain of works, towards the implementation of the project package.
Area of integrated solutions:
- Focus on developing 04 key areas: Electrical appliances, IT solutions, Smart applications, Renewable energy.
- Complete the supply chain from warehousing, logistics, technology to increase customer service KPIs.
Service of DV:
- Increase customer service KPI towards number 1 in customer care quality.

The seminar on business strategy and operation model of Viettel Construction took place right after the Corporation assessed business results in the first 7 months of 2022, completing nearly 60% of the year plan, revenue and profit before tax. growth of over 20% compared to the same period in 2021. This is partly a springboard for the Corporation to achieve breakthrough results in the last months of the year and realize strategic goals for the period 2023-2025.
