At the awards ceremony, the Chairman and CEO of Tập đoàn Tào Đức Thắng expressed his deep appreciation not only for the achievements, products, and numbers but, more significantly, for the dedication, willingness to endure hardships, boldness in thinking and action, and the prioritization of collective interests. He affirmed that these values are immeasurable, as they represent the spirit and culture that ensure Viettel's lasting legacy.

Among the 10 outstanding individuals and 10 exceptional collectives honored in 2024, Viettel Construction proudly has 2 individuals recognized in the list. They are Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Tùng – a station staff member at the Viettel Construction branch in Thai Nguyen, and Mr. Huỳnh Thanh Tuyền – the team leader of the vehicle team at the Viettel Construction branch in Dong Thap.

Comrade Huỳnh Thanh Tuyền, the team leader of the transport team at Viettel Construction Dong Thap branch, is a dedicated driver who always prioritizes the experience and satisfaction of the staff. He views each person in the vehicle as a "customer," creating a comfortable atmosphere that contributes to enhancing work efficiency. With 23 years of commitment to Viettel, he proactively optimizes travel costs and coordinates the transportation of goods to support business operations. In addition to his primary duties, he also actively participates in information rescue (UCTT) and provides technical support in emergency situations, especially during natural disasters.
