Surpassing many big and potential names, Viettel Construction was excellently honored in the Top 10 Best Corporate Governance – Mid-cap group at the 17th Vietnam Listed Company Awards (VLCA) on November 16. This is one of the most important categories of the annual Listed Company Awards.

The VLCA 2024 Award Ceremony is held in conjunction with the annual Listed Enterprises Conference (LSC) with the participation of leaders of the State Securities Commission; leaders of the Stock Exchanges, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and representatives of 300 listed companies, securities companies, fund management companies and other financial institutions in the market.
This year, the voting had more than 500 enterprises on both exchanges participating. Enterprises had to pass 2 rigorous selection rounds, the final round voting council were all managers and experts in the securities, auditing and corporate governance industries. After nearly 6 months of evaluation and voting, 44 enterprises were honored in 3 categories.
Meeting the strict voting criteria is a testament to the company's efforts in improving professionalism and efficiency in corporate governance, affirming the position and reputation of Viettel Construction in ensuring the rights of shareholders and investors.
Viettel Construction representative said: “The award is a great motivation for the company to continuously improve and develop sustainable management goals, aiming at international standards such as ASEAN CG Scorecard. We believe that good corporate governance will help the company go further and stronger”.

Stock code CTR officially listed on the stock exchange since 2022, throughout its operation, Viettel Construction has always identified sustainable development as a core factor and oriented to firmly consolidate the foundation of corporate governance to create momentum for growth through the application of good practices of Vietnam and the world, perfecting the governance structure and optimizing the governance model, thereby ensuring the interests of shareholders, customers and stakeholders.
In the coming time, the company representative also emphasized that Viettel Construction will continue to adhere to the sustainable development strategy, improve the overall efficiency of governance and risk management, and at the same time improve the capacity of human resources, organizational culture, and social security to build a solid and transparent governance foundation.
By the end of October 2024, Viettel Construction recorded revenue of VND 10,394.5 billion, pre-tax profit of VND 545.7 billion, which means completing 82% of the annual revenue target. Despite facing difficulties and market fluctuations, Viettel Construction is still confident and "accelerating" to grow beyond the target, aiming to reach VND 15,000 billion by 2025./.
