The project to install an online conference system of the Department of Culture and Information (VH&TT) of Song Hinh district will be held for public bidding from April 2023. Through rounds of evaluating contractor capacity, products and pricing policies, the Department of Culture and Information of Song Hinh district has officially selected Viettel Construction Phu Yen as the contractor to supply and install the entire system with a contract value of up to to 3.8 billion VND.
The project was constructed and installed by Viettel Construction at 13 videoconference points, including 11 communes, towns and the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Song Hinh district. Construction period is 2 weeks from August 4 to August 19, 2023 with a large number of technical personnel being increased in the province. The system was promptly put into use to implement important policies before the National Day holiday September 2, 2023.

Song Hinh district is located in the southwest of Phu Yen province, about 70km west of Tuy Hoa city. Song Hinh district brings together 19 different ethnic groups from all over the country.
