- Top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam 2022 (ranked 64/100). In particular, Viettel Construction ranks third in the construction/ architecture industry.

The results of the 2022 rankings are announced from anphabe
The best workplace survey in Vietnam 2022 was conducted by Anphabe from April to September this year, with the participation of 57,939 people working, 515 companies. In addition, Anphabe also conducted in -depth surveys and interviews with 150 leaders and human resource management in 20 main industries.
The survey results in 2022 noted that businesses still faced many difficulties in the context of market volatility, but businesses improved their employees' income. As of September, 56% of employees have a salary increase, 38% remain the same, only 6% have wages or unstable income. This is a number that has changed a lot when 2021 is only 35% of workers increasing their salary, the number of salaries or unstable wages up to 15%. Anphabe forecasts the average salary increase of workers in 2023 at 12% (the results are provided by Vietnamese business managers).
Staff confidence index in the vision and strategy of companies increased to 75% in September 2022 compared to a record low 44% of the third quarter last year - when the epidemic situation and the disease and the disease Business is very tense.
