Ngày 22/11/2021, Viettel Construction và Đơn vị phát triển dự án MBLand đã thực hiện ký kết hợp đồng thi công xây dựng dự án Khu đô thị Nidco Thịnh Lợi (Vinh Park River) – Hưng Nguyên – Nghệ An.

Recently, the famous Fortune magazine announced the Top 500 largest companies in Southeast Asia in 57 fields, based on revenue criteria for the fiscal year 2023.

Với kinh nghiệm triển khai thi công xây dựng nhiều công trình dự án lớn trên cả nước, Viettel Construction và Đơn vị phát triển dự án MBLand đã chính thức ký kết 02 gói thầu giá trị 24,5 tỷ đồng.

  • Package 01: Construction of medium voltage electricity and substation worth 8.8 billion VND.
  • Package 02: Construction of electricity for daily life, lighting and communication with a value of VND 15.7 billion.

Participating in the project implementation is a force of MEP, structural, QA/QC, and occupational safety engineers with more than 10 years of experience in the specialized field assigned by Viettel Construction. It is expected that both bidding packages will be completed by Viettel Construction before January 15, 2022.

Ngoài các hạng mục hợp tác tại khu đô thị Nidco Thịnh Lợi – Vinh Park River, Viettel Construction và MBLand còn đang đàm phán mở rộng trong việc triển khai hệ thống smarthome cho 500 căn hộ dự án The Ruby tại Quảng Ninh, dự kiến hợp đồng ký kết được thực hiện trong tháng 11/2021, tổng giá trị 7,5 tỷ đồng.
