Recently, Viettel Construction and Novaland Group officially started the construction of phase 2 of the Aqua City project in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai. The project is positioned as the largest smart eco-urban area in the East of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh. Aqua City has a scale of more than 1,000 hectares, a project that will meet a population size of up to 35,000 residents. This is a project with a combination of a variety of housing types: from semi-detached houses, villas to apartment buildings combined with commercial services.
With the ability to deploy construction on a large scale, Viettel Construction has officially become a contractor to build 230 villas in the Aqua City project (before that Viettel Construction signed a contract to build 106 villas in area 7A2, but only after a short time of implementation, the investor trusted and proceeded to cooperate in building the next 124 villas). The total contract value is up to nearly 200 billion VND.
Previously, in April 2021, Novaland Group also signed a cooperation agreement with Viettel Group in digital transformation. Novaland will choose to use two main solutions, including the Application of telecommunications services and Information Technology solutions; Using solution groups for smart urban areas. It can be said that, in addition to the ecological advantages brought by Viettel Group, Viettel Construction also owns many other unique advantages, making investors (FLC, Eurowindow, VFI, Trung Nam Group, ... ) trusted to choose to be the General Contractor of large-scale construction such as:

Also in October 2021, Viettel Construction signed a contract to deploy two other big projects: construction of 37 shophouses of the Danko Thai Nguyen project, construction of technical infrastructure for the seascape of Apec Mui Ne project. The contract value is estimated at 49.5 and 17.7 billion dongs, respectively. Viettel Construction orients the civil construction field of the Corporation to become the Top choice of investors in Vietnam in the period of 2021-2025, based on human factors, processes, technology, and management.
