Vinhomes Dream City is a project planned by Vingroup based on an area of 486ha with a variety of housing types such as apartments, villas, townhouses, and shophouses. Positioned as a 5* eco-urban area in Hung Yen city, Vinhomes Dream City owns a system of utilities and landscapes including amusement parks, shopping mall Vincom Mega Mall, and outdoor facilities such the area. sports, gym, outdoor BBQ garden, etc. It is expected that the project will meet the population size of about 65,000 people.

With experience in the construction of many large-scale projects, Vingroup has chosen Viettel Construction as the construction unit of 286 adjacent villas, divided into 3 implementation phases:
- Phase 1: Viettel Construction is implementing the construction of reinforced concrete structure (BTCT) foundation, waiting for underground M&E, reinforced concrete body, waterproofing, screed, ... 91 low-rise villas. The estimated value is nearly 35.2 billion VND.
- Phase 2: Construction of reinforced concrete foundation structure, waiting for underground M&E, reinforced concrete body, waterproofing, screed, etc. 105 low-rise apartments. The estimated value is more than 38.3 billion VND (Expected to hand over the premises on April 26, 2022).
- Phase 3: Construction of reinforced concrete foundation structure, waiting for underground M&E, reinforced concrete body, waterproofing, screed, etc. 90 low-rise apartments with an estimated value of more than 33.5 billion VND.
Participating in construction at the Vinhomes Dream City project, Viettel Construction organizes the construction site committee from the project director to the field engineers to ensure the construction progress according to the requirements of the investor.
Through the 3 phases that Viettel Construction is implementing, it promises to be able to expand more opportunities with Vingroup in 2022 through 3 factors: Quality - Progress - Prestige.
