- Advising on building and optimizing processes, regulations, KPI, the mechanism of executing business administration throughout TCT

- Implementing research, evaluation, and proposal of solutions to implement organizational programs for sale, marketing, business, sales, support sales, customer care to ensure the completion of business plans assigned.

- Based on the annual target, the business strategy has built, planning and delivered business targets and operations according to the month/quarter/year for each business building and affiliated business system
- Organize the implementation and monitoring business plan for the entire system.
- Implementation of construction of problems, software tools, GSM entire business activities in the Corporation.
- Performing the analysis of business data, evaluation and administration of non-KPI criteria, supporting unfinished units.
- Performing training and quality management of vertical personnel in business, selling channels.

• Qualifications: Graduated from regular universities at home and abroad to specialize in business management, marketing, foreign economy, foreign trade economy, construction economy, economy, diplomacy, foreign languages, ...
• Favorite and with business qualities.
• Priority for male candidates, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the field of sales - marketing. Prioritize candidates with technical experience.
• Healthy, good communication, agility, creativity, enthusiasm at work, can work independently, teamwork.
