JOB DESCRIPTIONS

– Source local construction jobs

– Looking for suppliers, subcontractors

- Making estimate forms, construction methods

- Organizing and administering the construction of projects, ensuring progress, quality and costs

- Business development organization in the field of civil construction.

– Attract, recruit, train, develop team: Design; Estimation, Procurement, Operational Management, cost control; Construction

- Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors of the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Age: under 40 years old

- Work location: 63 Provinces across the country
- Graduated from university majoring in: Construction, KTX, Architecture, construction economics, transportation... preferable with Certificate of Project Leader.
– Legal knowledge: Understand the legal procedures, current regulations related to the field of construction investment, investment law, land law, construction and bidding law.
- Leadership skills, experience in management
– Understanding of construction and construction economics, covering the following parts: Design; Procurement plan; Construction
- Skills in planning and coordinating implementation (setting goals, defining tasks, allocating resources and budgets, setting schedules, etc.)
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
