JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To develop revenue, organize, and sell products and services in the area under management (B2C and B2B customers).
  • Participating in bidding, offering, signing contracts for projects….
  • Contact to find customers.
  • Market research, looking for new business opportunities.
  • Planning, recruiting, developing sales collaborators, sales channels.
  • Make a marketing plan and report on monthly results.
  • Carry out market research; survey customer needs in households, B2C and B2B customers in the province.
  • Advise and propose to the Board of Directors new mechanisms, policies, and service packages suitable to market needs.
  • Make a list of customers, target customers
  • Taking care of loyal customers in the assigned area for customer satisfaction.
  • Report customer satisfaction periodically

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Level: University graduate or higher from domestic and foreign schools majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology.
  • Ability to make, monitor, and execute business plans periodically.
  • Ability to organize, manage, train, and develop staff. Good leadership, administration, and organization skills.
  • Ability to handle situations, solve problems and communicate effectively.
  • English minimum 550 TOEIC is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position.
  • Priority: Experience in managing and developing sales channels in the field of telecommunications, construction infrastructure, integrated solutions, information technology, or similar.
